About Yoshi...
Yoshi moved here from Japan in 1986
at age 19. He was trained by world- renowned competitive hair styling trainers from Alabama, leading to
years of experience at national-level
hair competitions and platforms throughout the country.
In 1997, Yoshi spent a year in London
at the Vidal Sassoon Academy.
There, he refined his skill and began developing a personal philosophy
of hair.
The following year, he moved to New York City to work at one of the most upscale salons in Soho. This is where Yoshi perfected his philosophy, whose core belief is that "hair and lifestyle, including mental health, are deeply related." His goal is to work together to create a hairstyle that lives and
breathes with you, complements you, and reflects who you are.
